Giving's law
Abundance begets abundance:
There is no way
that giving can result in lack.
No one's keeping track;
it's just a law
that if you give, you will get back.
But there must be no thought of lack.
There must be no thought, either,
of getting back.
We must give; we must see,
we must cherish
the abundance
that may sometimes seem
invisible. We must see it.
We must give
generously, freely, without fear,
without grudging, and with joy.
We must live
largely, laughingly, and with trust,
scorning all limitations of the dust,
accepting Spirit's infinitude.
