When I was little I had an aunt who always had time to be with me. She let me take blankets and drape them over furniture to play house. But most of the time I spent sitting next to her while she read to me.
When I was five years old my aunt passed on. A few nights later I was lying in bed, with my mom sitting next to me. She was explaining that my aunt was God's idea and still expressed life and love.
At first it was hard for me to understand. But then I did, and I said, "It's like when you walk down the beach and you see the shell of a crab. You think the crab is dead because he's not there, but he has really shed his shell and is still walking down the beach."
