Loved

Elizabeth Brown Dresser

Jesus said, "Neither pray I for
these alone, but for
them also which shall believe
on me through their word ..."^{John 17:20.}

Nearly two thousand years—
and here I am. Prayed for,
healed, purified, strengthened,
lifted—understood and loved.

Here man is, as before the world
was, at one with the Father,
joy fulfilled. God's glory
given. And loved.
