My last testimony, published nearly forty years...
My last testimony, published nearly forty years ago in the Sentinel, briefly mentioned my healing of a severe breakdown. I now wish to record more thoroughly my deep gratitude to God for the completeness and permanency of the healing.
At that difficult time my family, who were not Christian Scientists, had me hospitalized while the education authority, which had employed me, arranged my early retirement with pension. After my release from the hospital, the prayers of a Christian Science practitioner healed all the difficulties so effectively that within two weeks my request to return to normal teaching duties was granted, and just one year later a series of promotions began.
