Judging correctly
Two sisters invited a friend to their home. While one was busy working to make everything just so, the other sister sat with the guest. The busy one felt she needed help, but it wasn't forthcoming from her sister.
Finally the harried sister appealed to the guest concerning the apparent injustice. He answered, "Martha, Martha, thou art careful and troubled about many things: but one thing is needful: and Mary hath chosen that good part, which shall not be taken away from her." Luke 10:41, 42.
How typical was Martha's reaction to what, in her judgment, was her sister's negligence. Yet the guest's, Christ Jesus', response showed her that she was the one who needed to do better.
