Now that I am come out of darkness into this marvelous light— into God's splendid, radiant world made blazing bright by the Word of Truth— I could, if I felt inclined (and with nary a qualm), take a look at the night; look at its once-feared dark with my new-washed eyes made sharp by the revelation shining about. For I know (and oh! the delight of knowing!) the night will be gone.
