Love communicates
A warm smile flashed at a passer-by, a word of encouragement to a fellow worker, a forgiving response to one who has wronged us—the thoughtful, selfless act speaks worlds. It hints of the spiritual fact that true communication is the activity of divine Love, God, revealing Himself to and through His idea, man.
Communication is a vital current in the flow of our days. Probably most of us at times long to communicate more effectively with others. Our communications improve when we open our thought and yield our actions to divine Love.
Christian Science teaches that God, Love, is constantly expressing Himself in a full, rich outpouring of His qualities. Mrs. Eddy writes in Science and Health, "The intercommunication is always from God to His idea, man." Science and Health, p. 284. From the depths of His nature to the endless reaches of His creation, God, Love, reveals Himself through such qualities as understanding, purity, health, and holiness.
