FAMILY MATTERS
Every need supplied
This is not a story about getting a house, although that did happen. This is a story—a true one, of course—about fledgling students of Christian Science, six young children and their parents, learning that God, divine Love, can be trusted. And that when Love meets the human need, it is met abundantly.
The family needed another home. Father's business was operated from one wing of a large country house they rented. Inflation had created severe financial problems, and Father found it increasingly difficult to meet his monthly obligations. Now this house had been sold, and there was only a short time to find another.
Deeply concerned about the financial situation and his inability to provide for his family's growing needs, Father took additional employment, while still continuing to run his own company. Each day was full of worry, and at times Mother found herself panic-stricken. How could they ever find a house for them all and for the business as well?
