About seven years ago, after going through a very busy time, I felt tired and ill. Yet I neglected to do what we learn in Christian Science to do—to pray for ourselves daily.
Around that time I went to stay with my niece in order to meet some friends. While I was there, one morning I lost consciousness. When I recovered I had difficulty in moving.
A friend, who is a Christian Scientist, came and took me to her home. I had prayerful help from a Christian Science practitioner, but the painful condition did not yield.
