Open to possibilities
SUE A. SPOTTS
Not always along paths of conventionality does Christ come. The way of things-as-they-have-always-been-done,Of human reason, precedent, and pride,Is too restricted for both ourselves and Christ.
We need a path with a more humble bent,One open to divine accompaniment,If, like the disciples journeying to Emmaus,We are to perceive the Christ, present with us.
