I have been a student of Christian Science since 1927. There have been many healings, but I have never sent in a testimony before. Now I have just had such a wonderful healing that I really want to share it.

I am well past ninety years old. In recent years I had several falls. But I was always able to get back up on my feet and after a day or two was fully recovered. However, the last time I fell I could not get up, so I called to a member of my family to help me. She lifted me onto my bed and made me as comfortable as possible.

Although my family are not Christian Scientists, they cooperated in every way. This included calling a Christian Science practitioner to help me through prayer. We learned that a Christian Science nurse was visiting in the area. At our request she came in daily for a while to bathe me and to change the bed. She also read the Bible Lesson (found in the Christian Science Quarterly) aloud to me.
