God-evolved

JEAN WIDDICOMBE

Helter-skelter spiraling earthward,
Whirligig wheeling round and around,
Bound on an axis man-made,
short-lived,
Shackled in chains on a pre-set route?

Not God's idea, man—

Evolved in Mind and Mind-directed,
Bondage-free in Spirit's realm,
Fixed in Principle, divine Truth,
eternal,
Complete in Soul, in Life and Love.
