Rejoicing always
Are you discouraged or fearful because of a delayed healing or some other discord? If so, you will find constant rejoicing a sure antidote. Joy penetrates the darkness of mortal thinking and destroys everything unlike itself, thereby helping to bring peace and harmony into one's life.
The Apostle Paul counseled the Philippians: "Rejoice in the Lord alway: and again I say, Rejoice." Phil. 4:4. This may seem difficult when we are confronted with prolonged suffering or other inharmony. But in order to rejoice always, we must cultivate an understanding of the allness and ever-presence of God, divine Love, and of His perfect creation—including man, who is forever at one with God, reflecting Him.
Joy is a spontaneous healing quality of God. It is man's inherent right to reflect this attribute without interruption. In the consciousness of one who is rejoicing always in the impartiality of God's great love and care for all, there is no space for fear or other errors. As we recognize that all is harmony, we see only God's perfect spiritual creation, including man, His likeness.
