FOR CHILDREN
A lesson in love
When Debbie's family moved to a different house, she had a new bedroom. Even with a night light there were strange shadows that frightened her. She had trouble going to sleep and woke up many times during the night.
One evening Debbie told her mother how frightened she was. And how she wished she were back in her old bedroom where everything looked so familiar and friendly.
Mother put her arms around her and was quiet for a while. Debbie thought she was probably asking God what to say. Her mother did that a lot.
