I sometimes used to wonder what my life would have been like had I not become acquainted with Christian Science some thirty-six years ago. Now, however, this Science is so much a part of my existence that I cannot even contemplate any other way of living. I have indeed very much to be grateful for.
Early in my study of Science I developed an illness of an alarming nature. (I did not have a medical diagnosis, as I had no desire to rely on anything but Christian Science.) Throughout this time I had no fear of the outcome, since I was certain there would be a full healing. With the most loving and dedicated prayer of a Christian Science practitioner, gradually and surely the problem was entirely overcome.
