Already complete in Him
An invalid was once asked by Christ Jesus, "Wilt thou be made whole?" John 5:6. The man answered by explaining why he had never been healed. But Jesus cured him instantly, proving that the healing Christ, Truth, isn't limited by mortal horizons.
Christian Science is putting the same question today to every individual and to mankind: Do you want to be made whole—that is, understand and prove man's complete perfection? This invitation is also a challenge. To find ourselves complete as God's reflection, His entirely spiritual man, we need to discern His allness. This means spiritualizing our thought. "Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God," Matt. 5:8. said Jesus.
Divine Science, which, applied assiduously, brings us to this discernment, is no technique of human self-fulfillment; it's the God-given means by which we give up human inadequacy for spiritual sufficiency. Progressively, as we exchange incorrect concepts of God, we put on the Mind of Christ.
