FOR CHILDREN
You don't have to climb a tree...
When things around you aren't going so well,
And you feel the need
To think things through,
You don't have to climb a tree
Or run away from home—
You can always find the land of Christian Science!
That's not really a place
But a way of thinking,
A way of looking at things
As good and perfect (which they are),
And not as bad and painful (which they're not).
You can take your books with you,
Your Bible and Science and Health. Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy .
In them you'll find passwords
Like
"Loose him, and let him go" John 11:44.
And
"With God all things are possible" Matt. 19:26.
And lots, lots more.
You'll find what you need.
The books are like maps to that land,
Where everyone is God's child—
Harmonious, free.
And the nice thing about it is
That the land of Christian Science
is wherever you are.
