Spiritual ideas heal
Whether our eyes are open or closed, images of thought are constantly being presented to us. Some we pay conscious attention to; others might be quite unconsciously received, entertained, recalled, rejected. Human consciousness certainly isn't a void, and what is in it has an awful lot to do with our physical well-being.
Spiritual ideas are always available to improve human consciousness, to help and heal. More than intellectual concepts, and quite apart from sensual impressions, such ideas are the constituents of true knowing.
A favorite scriptural verse exclaims: "How precious also are thy thoughts unto me, O God! how great is the sum of them!" Ps. 139:17; And another verse speaks as the source of these divine messages, saying, "For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts." Isa. 55:9;
