Can we follow?

"Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men"^{Matt. 4:19;}—an invitation with a promise! It was given by Jesus to two brothers. If they would leave their nets to learn and practice the truth, he would make them "fishers of men," that is, reachers out to all people.

A specific time, a specific situation. And yet this invitation from Christ Jesus repeats itself throughout all time and eventually comes individually to each of us.

Follow Jesus? Can we really expect to be able to think as he did, do the works he did?
