The ecology of Spirit

What happens in Spirit? How does the spiritual universe function? Does Spirit have its "ecology"? The answer must be yes, but that ecology is wholly based upon the relationship between God and what He has created.

Spirit is God, and God manifests Himself in the spiritual universe and in man. Consequently, man is linked to God. Through Christian Science, we can understand this, and when we do, we listen to God and draw closer to Him. This is illustrated in the story of Noah before the flood. Noah and the animals around him were sheltered because he had constructed the ark after listening to the divine message. Part of the spiritual interpretation of "ark" given by Mrs. Eddy, the Discoverer and Founder of Christian Science, reads: "Safety; the idea, or reflection, of Truth, proved to be as immortal as its Principle; the understanding of Spirit, destroying belief in matter." And she continues in the next paragraph: "God and man coexistent and eternal ...." Science and Health, p. 581;

Spirit is the only fact of existence. Spirit is divinely natural. The relationship between God and man was clearly seen by Christ Jesus. He often expressed his conviction of this inseparability, as when he said, "I and my Father are one." John 10:30;
