After twenty years of membership in The Mother Church I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the love and the blessing of always having been richly provided for in this great family. The valuable Bible Lessons in the Christian Science Quarterly and all the other Christian Science literature are our daily bread. Through Sunday School instruction, Christian Science class instruction, and the yearly association meeting, as well as membership in various branch churches at different times, I have been able to grow in the understanding of God.

I am deeply grateful for God's protection and guidance. For example, I had two normal childbirths after initial difficulties had been overcome. Faithful prayer of a practitioner saw me through the months of pregnancy. My husband and I held firmly each day to the following statement from Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy (p. 557): "Divine Science rolls back the clouds of error with the light of Truth, and lifts the curtain on man as never born and as never dying, but as coexistent with his creator."

Today more than ever I am able to appreciate what class instruction means to me. With the help of a practitioner I was freed from chronic indigestion, after I had dropped all home remedies and relied entirely on God. Through class and the spiritual renewal it brought, I was able to understand that creation is constantly taking place, and that it is perfect.
