Christ Jesus proved that a right understanding of God as divine Spirit, Truth, Life, can uplift us to the spiritual elevation of thought and action necessary to overcome every discord that confronts humanity today—sickness, sin, poverty, hunger, even death.
No matter when it is celebrated, no matter the irrelevancies surrounding it, no matter the commercial flurries and their excesses, nothing has really silenced the Christmas message that God is with us.
