What One Can Expect from Class Teaching

The scientific aspect of Christianity was foretold by Christ Jesus in the terms "Comforter" and "Spirit of truth" (see John 14:16,17). It was to come, he said, from the Father. As the Master put it: "These things have I spoken unto you, being yet present with you. But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you."^{John 14:25, 26;}

The Science of being, revealed by God to the inspired Leader and Founder of the Christian Science movement, Mary Baker Eddy, is the basis of class teaching. There is only one teaching in Christian Science, revealing one Science of being, one divine Science, begotten of the Father, divine Mind.

Class teaching makes pupils more appreciative and more effective Christian Scientists. Being divinely authorized by the very nature of its source, this teaching is under the protection of the Most High. Each pupil may therefore claim God's protection, and experience progressive fulfillment in finding his highest expectations fulfilled.
