The One Healing Power
Only divine power is truly capable of healing mankind of its troubles. While human means may seem on occasion to bring to mortals some temporary relief from suffering, only God can wholly and permanently eliminate their distress. Nothing else can.
God, divine Spirit, is infinite good, the loving Father of all. Without Him nothing was made, nothing exists. Everything He created He preserves. His creation is always maintained in His likeness, wholly spiritual, wholly good. He is all power, and there is no other power than good. He is all substance and presence, and there is no other substance or presence than good. He is the source of all action, and there is no other action than that which proceeds from and produces good.
Acknowledge through prayer these facts of God's allness, and you at the same time deny the possibility of any evil power, substance, presence, or activity existing anywhere. The consequence must inevitably be the subsidence of any aggressive symptoms that may be tempting one to admit that evil does exist and that it can cause one to suffer, be sick, and die. Then healing will be the outcome.
