As a young schoolgirl, I loved to read the Bible, and I felt close to Christ Jesus' teachings. I could realize God's hand helping me work things out.

Ten years before I ever heard of Christian Science, my three-week-old baby started to choke. My husband was doing everything he could to help her catch her breath. Her little head fell limp. I turned to God to save my baby, and He heard me, and I have never stopped thanking God for His love. When Christian Science came to me, it was like heaven on earth. I began to understand the Science of God's goodness and love.

Shortly after I had been introduced to this Science, I became ill with the same symptoms my aunt had when she passed on with double pneumonia. A Christian Science practitioner was called, and the very next morning I was healed and praising God for His wonderful power.
