Let Trust Displace Worry
When faced with trouble, instead of worrying, we can safely trust in God for He is the only presence and power. He knows nothing but good and imparts only good to His entire creation.
There is a sure path to freedom from worry and fear. This, as Christian Science teaches, is to gain increasing knowledge of God, and His image, the real, spiritual man. In Science and Health Mrs. Eddy writes, "It is our ignorance of God, the divine Principle, which produces apparent discord, and the right understanding of Him restores harmony." Science and Health, p. 390;
We can perceive through prayer and study that God, good, is infinite Mind, filling all space, and that our true selfhood—the one and only real man there can ever be—is constantly the expression of His harmonious being, manifesting nothing but good. As we do so, worry is replaced by unwavering trust in God, and it disappears from our experience.
