I have been healed many times by reading Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy.

Over fifty years ago my husband was healed of a condition believed, according to medical diagnosis, to be incurable. The doctors had said he had only a few more hours to live. A newfound friend came to our home that evening and handed the textbook, Science and Health, to my husband and said, "Read this book right now, tonight." He also said, "I cannot tell you much about Christian Science, but I know it heals; I have seen it heal."

My husband was instantaneously healed that very evening by reading the chapter on Prayer. At the time we did not understand much of what we read, but we knew my husband was healed and that such healing could come only from God. It was as though a great light had been turned on, and we immediately knew God was knowable and understandable.
