Seasonal Suffering and Loneliness Can Be Prevented
Happy to see your favorite season roll around, but unhappy to think of the ailments generally associated with it? You can stop dreading certain times of the year. Seasonal suffering can be prevented. Freedom, ability, and health can be maintained the whole year through—without interruption. The preventive art taught by Christian Science is available to all, and offers more than partial or temporary relief. The earnest student can learn to deny the fruition in his life of mortal mind's aggressive suggestions.

Science and Health, p. 391; Thousands of people are effectively warding off pain and disability—proving them to be untrue —by applying what they know of spiritual facts.
