One of the first proofs in my life of God's allness was the total healing of an unsightly rash I had as a child. Soon after my mother placed my sister and me in a Christian Science Sunday School, this healing came about.

At that time my mother frequently rubbed ointment on my arms to relieve the itching. One day I realized I was tired of this situation and didn't want it anymore, and so I asked my Sunday School teacher if God could heal me. She said He could, and that the way to ask Him was to pray as I had been taught in Sunday School.

For a while I thought no more about it, and then one evening I remembered what my teacher had said. So I trustingly prayed the Lord's Prayer (Matt. 6:9-13) and then went to sleep. The next morning the rash was completely gone. I didn't make a fuss about the healing; I just accepted it as completely natural. It was not till a few days later that my mother noticed the rash was gone.
