You can hear all sorts of different noises in the world. You can hear cars, people, and if you're listening, you can hear God's voice when He talks to you.
Well, one night I couldn't get to sleep because I had a pain in my ear. I thought it was just about morning and I was waiting for my mom to wake up. But I soon found out that there were a lot of hours till morning, so I quietly got up and went into my mom's bed.
She told me that I was God's perfect child and that He was always taking good care of me and wouldn't let anything hurt me. Then she gave me part of a hymn from the Christian Science Hymnal (No. 182). It goes like this:
