God, the Doer
Sometimes people get so uptight about what they are doing that they forget about God and what He is doing. In their desire to get results in working out a problem it's as if they were saying to God, "Wait a minute. I'll put You on the 'hold' button while I see if I can work this out."
Although to human sense God may be mistakenly thought of as a Principle to be proved, actually He is the all-proving Principle. Can the only cause, the only creator, be set aside while we do something? That often may seem to be the case. But the Bible statement that His work is finished See Gen. 2:1; does not mean that His acting has finished.
We get a clear idea of God's power in the twenty-third Psalm where the thought centers on God's actions. The Psalm shows us things God does for His children. He provides protection, peace, guidance, confidence, security, joy.
