Ump! Thump! Ump! Thump! Beth and Kirk were practicing for a sack race. Out of breath, Beth stepped out of her sack and flopped on the grass.

"You'll win the race this year, Kirk! You are much faster than I am."

"I don't know," he answered doubtfully. "There will be lots of kids at the picnic tomorrow."
