Words of Current Interest

The words in this issue are related to the Lesson-Sermon in the CHRISTIAN SCIENCE QUARTERLY designated to be read in Christian Science churches on March 22, 1970.

If any other man thinketh that he hath whereof he might trust in the flesh, I more (Phil. 3:4)

Moffatt translates, "Though I could rely on outward privilege, if I chose; whoever thinks he can rely on that, I can outdo him." In this passage Paul is clearly referring to his strong Hebrew background and training in the Mosaic law, of which he was justly proud.

Look unto me (Isa. 45:22)
