A Guaranteed Income

"Do you go to church every Wednesday night?"
"Yes."
"Do you have to go?"
"No."
"Then why do you go?"
"Because it is the best possible investment I can make of my
time. Also, it pays large and regular dividends."
"That is certainly an unusual reason for attending church. Do
you really consider it an investment?"

In answer to this question, a Christian Scientist gave the following explanation.

During recent years many ordinary people have become investors. They usually look for a wise investment with a generous and guaranteed yield.
