"Scholarship is everywhere equated with power. The sacrifice and struggle many are willing to endure to obtain scholastic degrees is clear testimony that the love of human wisdom has become to many a cult of worship," charges Ray Stedman, pastor of the Peninsula Bible Church. . . .
