RADIO PROGRAM NO. 339 - Making Right Decisions on the Job
[The speaker is Jack Krieger. The questioner is William Dawley.]
Questioner: People do find it difficult to make business decisions. Whether the decision-maker is a new foreman or even an experienced executive, he often is afraid he'll make a mistake. Now what can he do about making a sound decision?
Speaker: Many businessmen I've known have found it helpful in determining a basis for decision-making to stop and consider why they're doing what they're doing—to examine their goals and what they have to contribute.
