The power of Christian Science to heal has been proven to me in many instances over a period of years.

My first healing came when I was a teen-ager and knew nothing of Christian Science. Being a pianist, I was especially distressed by numerous warts on my hands. At the time I was going with a young Christian Scientist who became my husband. He remarked, "You need not have those warts. God never made them." Although I did not understand his words, I felt the loving sincerity of his thinking, and in a few days all evidence of warts had disappeared.

Shortly after that healing, but not in connection with it, my mother became interested in Christian Science and was healed of a long-standing case of eczema. A few years later I witnessed her healing of acute appendicitis through the help of a dedicated practitioner. This was accomplished within two days.
