The Mother Church

The Mother Church, The First Church of Christ, Scientist, in Boston, Massachusetts, is located at Norway, Falmouth, and St. Paul Streets.

SERVICES

Sunday morning at 10.45, Sunday evening at 7.30 (evening service omitted during July and August), and Wednesday evening testimony meeting at 7.30. Sunday School for pupils up to the age of twenty at 10.45.

The Church edifice is open to visitors Mondays through Saturdays from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. and Sundays from 12 noon until 5 p.m.

READING ROOMS

237 Huntington Avenue (adjoining the Church Park). Open weekdays from 8 a.m. until 9 p.m., Wednesdays 8 a.m. until 7 p.m., and from 8.30 until 9.30 p.m. Open Sundays from 12 noon until 7 p.m., and from 10 a.m. until 9 p.m., except on Thanksgiving, when it opens at 12 noon. (During July and August open Sundays from 12 noon until 9 p.m.)

422 Boylston Street (near Berkeley Street). Open weekdays from 8 a.m. until 9 p.m., except on Wednesdays, when it closes at 6.30. Open Sundays from 1 p.m. until 6 p.m. and on holidays from 10 a.m. until 9 p.m., except on Thanksgiving when it opens at 2 p.m.

(When a holiday falls on Wednesday, the above Reading Rooms close at their regular Wednesday hours.)

8 Milk Street (near Washington Street). Open weekdays from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m., except on Saturdays, when it closes at 3 p.m. Closed Sundays and holidays
