I am very grateful for a beautiful...
I am very grateful for a beautiful healing in Christian Science and hope that in sharing it I may help others to realize that there is no incurable disease.
I was under the almost constant care of physicians. At one time or another, I was in hospital in traction because of a back difficulty, had my neck in a cast, my arm in a sling, and wore a steel brace. Finally I lost strength and feeling in my fingers. One physician, being unable to diagnose the illness, sent me to a noted neurologist at a famous medical clinic, where the trouble was diagnosed as multiple sclerosis. It was expected that I would live from four to eight years, during which time I would get progressively worse.
Up to this time I had been working in an office using a typewriter a great part of each day. I was given a six months' leave of absence from my position, to which no one really expected me to return, and it was filled by a permanent employee. Since I was already aware of the healing efficacy of Christian Science through relatives, I returned home from the clinic and called a practitioner, who started to give me treatment.
