When Christian Science was first presented to me by a neighbor, I was very much in need of healing, mentally and physically. I read a few issues of the Sentinel, but it was some months later before I was willing to lay aside medicine, hygiene, and diet.

After my first visit to a practitioner, I recognized that Christian Science was something that I had wanted all my life; so I decided to rely wholly on it for healing. As I studied the Lesson-Sermons, outlined in the Quarterly, and read the authorized literature, gradually the old beliefs began to pass away.

Some of the many healings I have had are those of extreme nervousness, severe constipation, headaches, colds, indigestion, and burns. Lost articles have been found, and we have more harmony in the home and a better sense of supply for the whole family.
