Christian Science has been my...
Christian Science has been my sole physician for a number of years. Some time ago our small daughter awakened during the night with complaints about her stomach and her knee. She dressed the next morning but was not able to stay on her feet. I prayed persistently for her during the day, but she was no better; so that evening I called for the help of a Christian Science practitioner. I studied page 475 in the textbook, Science and Health by Mrs. Eddy. On that page we read, "Man is idea, the image, of Love; he is not physique."
The child slept peacefully that night and wanted to dress and play out of doors the next day. She told me that the error was all gone, but she was limping. I continued to pray with the help of the practitioner.
