Absolute Honesty
"One error will not correct another, and Truth alone can make us free"
Who of us has never suffered from dishonesty, either in ourselves or in our neighbor? This lack of honesty is hard to reconcile with the declaration found in the Bible, "God hath made man upright" (Eccl. 7:29). Consequently, many have accepted the hypothesis of fallen man—a belief formulated in Chapters 2 and 3 of Genesis, where the reader is presented with a material view of creation very different from the spiritual view contained in the first chapter.
