Many benefits have come to me since I took up the study of Christian Science, and I feel impelled to express my gratitude for two of the healings that have taken place.

Several years ago I was given a position in the engineering laboratory of my company and a promise of an increase in wages. Having no experience in are welding, one of the new skills the job required, I stayed after hours and practiced. I also attended night school for two semesters to study subjects related to my work.

After a year and a half the promised raise had not come. The reason given was that this work was unclassified, and inasmuch as I was at the top of the pay grade in my former classification, the company could not raise my wages. I knew that all God's ideas are spiritually classified and known to Him. In Science and Health by Mary Baker Eddy we read (p. 513), "Spirit diversifies, classifies, and individualizes all thoughts, which are as eternal as the Mind conceiving them."
