Church Membership—"A joyous necessity"

From a new member comes a helpful letter from which the following excerpt is taken: "Words can never fully describe the great happiness that I hold knowing that I am now a member of The Mother Church. Already it is proving to be a magnificent opportunity and a joyous necessity for m growth in Science. To me membership is a high standard to live up to, but certainly a most joyous one, and it really gives me great happiness."

Every earnest student of Christian Science learns that for normal, steady progress, church membership is indeed a "magnificent opportunity and a joyous necessity."

Application blanks and information concerning membership may be obtained at Christian Science Reading Rooms, from practitioners listed in The Christian Science Journal, or from clerks of branch churches and societies. Applications may also be obtained from Gordon V. Comer, Clerk, 107 Falmouth Street, Boston 15, Massachusetts.
