Christian Science came to me by way of a friend. She saw that I was in need of help for our young son, who was considered by materia medica a problem child, and we were thinking of taking him to a psychiatrist. My respect for this friend and a desire to know more about a religion that would meet physical difficulties led me to read the textbook, Science and Health by Mary Baker Eddy. The realization that man is made in the image and likeness of God brought the healing of our son. Also at this time I was healed of constipation and the desire to use medicinal remedies.

We have been blessed with many other healings in our home which include those of so-called children's diseases, headaches, burns, growths and warts, infection, colds, and influenza. We have had protection from drowning and in various accidents; also in time of emergencies Christian Science has been an instant help. Our little girl was healed of mastoiditis with two treatments from a loving practitioner. I have been healed of stomach trouble which I had had all my life, also of ulcers, colitis, and acute indigestion. For these healings I am humbly grateful. They have been steppingstones in my pathway from sense to Soul because they brought a clearer realization of my oneness with God.

I am increasingly grateful to our Way-shower, Christ Jesus, and to our Leader, Mrs. Eddy. I am also grateful for membership in The Mother Church and in a branch church and for class instruction from a consecrated teacher.—(Mrs.) Geraldine Loucks, Tulsa, Oklahoma.
