"Health of mind"
George Matthew Adams in a column in the Tribune-Chronicle Warren, Ohio
There can be no genuine health of body without health of mind. Yet an endless number of people are concerned about the health of their bodies, while neglecting the health of their minds.
Often is quoted the famous proverb from the Old Testament, "As he thinketh in his heart, so is he." Our thoughts control us. The give us both health and illness, according to how we shape them. Happy, constructive thinking can save many a doctor's bill. Often the doctor can tell you nothing more than to think straight and clean! But his pills can't do this.
