I am grateful to God for Christian Science and for the many blessings that have been bestowed upon me through the study of "Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures" by Mrs. Eddy.

Christian Science was first introduced to me by a friend, who presented me with some literature. After reading it I realized that this was what I had been searching for. I obtained a copy of Science and Health and began reading and pondering it. It was then that I received many of my healings, and our home became free from discord.

In one treatment from a practitioner I was healed of stomach trouble from which I had suffered for many years. Other members of our family were healed of numerous diseases, such as mumps, a nervous condition, measles, kidney trouble, and colds. All this was brought about with the help of practitioners, through constant study of the Bible and Science and Health, and by my realizing that man is the perfect image and likeness of his Maker, God. I was also healed of the smoking habit, which I had had for about twenty-five years.

Paul said (Col. 3:9, 10), "Lie not one to another, seeing that ye have put off the old man with his deeds; and have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him." In Science and Health Mrs. Eddy writes (Pref., p. vii), "To those leaning on the sustaining infinite, to-day is big with blessings." These statements have helped to awaken me from false beliefs of mortal mind to the true ideas of divine Mind.

All of our four children have attended the Christian Science Sunday School. My appreciation for the Christian Science movement is unbounded. Most of all, I am grateful to God, to Christ Jesus, the Way-shower, to Mrs. Eddy, and to the consecrated practitioners who are always ready to help us when we call upon them. My sincere desire is to live this Science and thus to help humanity.—Nasre Escaip, Los Angeles, California.
