I have always felt it a great blessing that my parents heard of Christian Science when I was a child and that I had the privilege of attending the Christian Science Sunday School. I was very quickly healed of eczema. After that there were many healings and proofs of the protecting and sustaining power of divine Love in our family.

Since my marriage I have had many opportunities of applying the truth and have found that when the rules of Christian Science have been faithfully adhered to, it has never failed.

When our two children were born, I had Christian Science treatment, and each time the birth was harmonious. Our son, however, was small and rather frail at first, but by our relying radically on Christian Science each difficulty which presented itself was overcome. Our beloved Leader, Mrs. Eddy, says in Science and Health (p. 162), "Christian Science brings to the body the sunlight of Truth, which invigorates and purifies," and we have had overwhelming proof of this in his case, for he is now a strong and healthy boy.
