Among the reports read at the Annual Meeting of The Mother Church in June, as called for by Article XIII, Section 1, of the Church Manual, are included "general reports from the Field." These "general reports" are based on letters received from the branches of The Mother Church, telling of their activities and special steps of progress during the past year. Excerpts are read from as many such letters as the time allotted to this part of the program permits.
In order that the reports sent in by the churches and societies throughout the Field may be considered for possible use at the Annual Meeting to be held on June 7 this year, it will be helpful if they may be in the office of The Christian Science Board of Directors not later than May 1.
