Many years ago my great-grand-father...
Many years ago my great-grand-father was instantaneously healed in Christian Science of paralysis of the legs, which had resulted from a fall. Walking on crutches, he visited a practitioner. The practitioner did not speak his language, and he did not understand hers. But when he left her home, he was healed.
Since that first healing, many blessings have come to different members of our family. I enjoyed the privilege of attending the Christian Science Sunday School, starting when I was three years old. When I was fifteen I was healed immediately upon declaring that matter has no sensation, after I had run my hand into a clothes wringer up to my wrist.
The sincere application of Christian Science, with the help of practitioners at times, has met my need for progressive employment, living quarters, and companionship.
